What we’re looking for

At Ideaware, we’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the development team responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing requirements.

You will be working directly on an inspiring international project with one of our clients located in the US and UK. They’re working on the most powerful enterprise-level software for building quiz funnels.

We expect our candidate to have a technical background and knowledge of development frameworks. The Project Manager will need to oversee all aspects of the project you are assigned to set deadlines, give responsibilities, monitor and summarize the project’s progress, and prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.

Responsibilities

Coordinate a team.
Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
Use and continually develop leadership skills.
Ensure the project is delivered on time, and within scope.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
Be able to adapt to a fast pace environment.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of project management experience in software development projects, and managing teams.
Experience executing projects in a tech-related company
English level C1.
Excellent listening, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Solid experience with planning.
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
