About the role
Ideaware is building a cross-functional product team for a U.S.-based real estate technology client. We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who can drive coordination, delivery velocity, and alignment across distributed teams in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate distributed engineering team activities
- Drive Agile processes including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Translate business goals into clear technical execution plans
- Align stakeholders, product, and engineering teams
- Identify risks and remove blockers proactively
- Facilitate communication across teams and time zones
- Maintain consistent delivery velocity and drive process improvements
- Implement productivity tools, including AI-assisted workflows
Requirements
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams
- Strong Agile/Scrum execution background
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to bridge business goals and technical execution
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- SaaS product environment experience
- Familiarity with AI-driven product development cycles
