About the role
At Ideaware, we’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (React / Supabase / AI) to join one of our international clients—a technology company focused on helping users discover high-quality, informative content across a wide range of topics, going beyond traditional search experiences.
In this role, you’ll design, build, and scale modern full-stack applications using React, Supabase, and AI-powered workflows. You’ll play a key part in technical decision-making and system architecture, and you’ll leverage cutting-edge AI tools—including Claude Code—to improve development speed, code quality, and overall product experience. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver fast, reliable, and intuitive user experiences.
This is a full-time, fully remote position open to LATAM-based developers who are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building elegant, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Supabase (backend, auth, database, storage)
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems end-to-end
- Integrate AI features into products (e.g., assistants, automation, intelligent workflows)
- Use Claude Code and other AI tools to enhance development velocity, code quality, and problem-solving
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Review code, mentor other developers, and uphold engineering best practices
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize performance, reliability, and developer experience
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI and full-stack development
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with React and modern frontend tooling
- Solid backend experience, ideally with Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Edge Functions, Storage)
- Experience building and integrating AI-driven features
- Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, and application architecture
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make sound architectural decisions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- English B2 or above
Nice to have
- Experience with serverless architectures
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI model evaluation
- Experience scaling production systems
- Startup or fast-paced product environment experience
