About the role
Ideaware is assembling a cross-functional product team for a U.S.-based real estate technology client. We’re looking for a front-end developer who can contribute from day one and help elevate the design, performance, and overall user experience of their web platform.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks and Bootstrap
- Translate product and design requirements into clean, scalable front-end solutions
- Work within CMS-driven environments managing dynamic content
- Partner with product, design, and backend teams on user experience delivery
- Handle API integrations and asynchronous data management
- Improve application performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
- Support platform modernization efforts
- Implement AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with Bootstrap, modern JavaScript frameworks, and responsive design
- Experience working in structured, CMS-driven environments
- Ability to translate design and product requirements into scalable UI components
- Familiarity with API integration and asynchronous data handling
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code)
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Conversion, performance, and SEO optimization experience
- Real estate, property, or marketplace platform familiarity
