About the role
Ideaware is looking for a junior-to-mid level DBA to join a cross-functional product team for a U.S.-based real estate technology client. You’ll focus on data integrity, performance, and analytics across the platform in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and monitoring
- Design and maintain data models for scalability and consistency
- Collaborate with engineering teams on data-driven features
- Support data pipelines and analytics workflows
- Maintain data integrity and availability
- Build and maintain reporting structures
- Identify opportunities for architecture improvements
- Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance data workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years of SQL experience including optimization and indexing
- Data modeling and reporting background
- Experience supporting data pipelines and analytics workflows
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Cloud data environment experience (Azure or similar)
- AI/ML data pipeline or LLM dataset experience
