Andres Max founded Ideaware in 2010 in Barranquilla, Colombia. He has spent more than 15 years building remote engineering teams, moving the company from a design studio to a development agency and then to nearshore staff augmentation for US startups. Revelo acquired Ideaware in May 2026.
